The Club Charter is a progressive club development programme within England Squash & Racketball, the national association to which our club is affiliated. It aims to increase the number of adults and juniors playing squash and racketball in clubs, increase the recruitment, education and development of coaches and volunteers, and improve the infrastructure of the club network. Lindum Squash Club is currently applying for Silver status within the Club Charter programme. This will establish us as a serious club which has met demanding minimum standards in many areas of the club, and will enhance our appeal to potential new members. We will also benefit from additional support from ESRA and access to funding for club development. As part of the process Pete Goodings, the East Midlands Area Manager for ESRA, has already visited our club on several occasions to offer support and advice, both for the application process and the club in general. Iain Jubbs is co-ordinating the application from within the club. If you would like to help in any way with this important step in the future of the club, please contact Iain via the contact page. Thank you
