Lindum Squash Club

The club tournament, which has not been held for a few years, has been resurrected this year after a lot of hard work by Nigel Jubbs, assisted by Iain Jubbs, Rob Lunn, Simon Knaggs, Fran and Carolyn & Jo Jubbs.

In some categories there were fewer entries than we would have liked, but there was a great deal of enthusiasm shown and good squash played throughout the tournament. It was particularly pleasing to see the enthusiasm shown by the youngsters who entered, and we hope they will persuade a few more of their friends to enter next year.

Nigel and Iain have worked particularly hard to find sponsors for the event. These have donated prizes and helped in other ways, and the club are very grateful for their support. These sponsor organisations are:
